I have learned so much, mainly about myself, and through that growth, I have learned of others, my friends and family, and my community. And so, I want to close this year with a summary of the main lessons that this year has left me in the hopes that they might be useful for you.

A process should be as simple as possible but not simpler than what is required. Do not create something too elaborate because it will create confusion, and people will not follow it. Simplify your workflows as much as possible.
If we repeat something often enough, people will absorb it, but if people find the insight themselves, the process will probably be quicker and more effective.
Personal development is the most significant investment you can make for yourself. Take the time, and watch your investment pay off as you improve at what you do.
Routines are potent mechanisms in our daily life that help us achieve more. They create structure in our days to help us deal with the complexity of everyday life. By having time and spaces designated for various activities, our tasks become automatic and allow us to do more.
Although reaching our goals can be so satisfying, the real gold is in making our projects enjoyable. We will be more likely to engage with them, and the time we spend working will be more fun.
The concept of gathering all to-dos and having a dependable system to reduce stress is invaluable. Just this part alone has changed how I manage my tasks and helped me significantly increase my productivity.
